Perhaps he and Newt could make their own climate alarmist video. He had this wonderful quote in Time, in response to the question on whether he believes in the climate change (hoax)
“I’m not a meteorologist. All I know is 90 percent of the scientists say climate change is occurring. If 90 percent of the oncological community said something was causing cancer we’d listen to them.â€
Actually, that number should be at least 100%, because climate change is occurring. Always has, and always will. Obviously, what the alarmists, and Huntsman, mean is that Mankind is causing most or all of the “climate change.” Because the phrase “global warming” sounds silly during cold and snowy winters.
Greg Pollowitz at Planet Gore only touched on that part as a quote of the day, and asks
OK. So Huntsman believes it. Now what does he propose to do about it? Well,
I respect science and the professionals behind the science so I tend to think it’s better left to the science community – though we can debate what that means for the energy and transportation sectors.
Do the phrases “more government regulation” and ‘cap and tax” pop into your heads?
Q – Matt [David, Huntsman’s communications director,] says you’ve changed your mind about cap-and-trade.
Huntsman – Cap-and-trade ideas aren’t working; it hasn’t worked, and our economy’s in a different place than five years ago. Much of this discussion happened before the bottom fell out of the economy, and until it comes back, this isn’t the moment.
So, it is apparently just not the right time for them. But, once the economy is fixed, he seems to be all for them.
Why not give up now, John? Be a good little Warmist and just stay home, instead of spewing huge amounts of GHGs as you fly and drive around the country campaigning.
and he has an R next to his name?? Oh, that stands for RINO.

In answer to his presumption of a truth based on the percentage of scientist that believe in the proposition, that is bunk. I know of numerous times that scientist have been led down a false path. Watch the situation with cholesterol. That will be the next big theory to fall apart. It has nothing to do with vascular disease.
