Oh yes. The wonderful drought of 0’12. People were seen strewn across beaches for miles across the many states (those that had beaches). Laying around, soaking up the sun’s ray using nothing but small little bitty strips of easily untied cloth. All the unhopeful vain attempt to restore some thirst to their sun-parched bodies.
