Friday Laugh: Pro-Hamas Demonstrators Charge Cops With Garbage Can Shields

Let’s start off the day with some light fare, shall we? This has all the hallmarks of either a couple people coming up with with they think is a really cool idea, but, still being too immature to realize “this is truly stupid”, or someone giving them a triple dog dare

Wild video shows Portland anti-Israel agitator charge at police, get knocked to the ground

A dramatic video has captured an anti-Israel protester at Portland State University getting knocked to the ground Thursday after charging directly at a police officer who was on the scene to break up the occupation of the campus’ main library.

The Portland Police Bureau says its effort to clear the Millar Library in downtown Portland, Oregon is now underway following the unlawful occupation of the building that began Monday. Images that emerged yesterday showed that the inside of the building had been trashed by the protesters, with pro-Palestinian graffiti written on its walls.

Footage captured by KPTV on Thursday began with a crowd cheering as the protesters – some of whom were carrying makeshift shields made out of trash cans – came streaming out of the library.

“Stop, you’re under arrest. Stop!” a voice could be heard saying before one of the protesters is seen charging directly at a police officer and getting knocked to the ground. Other officers then help bring the individual into custody.

Let’s use the funny cut

Does anyone other than these moonbats think this was even remotely a good idea? Especially since they run like it is a Bennie Hill or Monty Python sketch. They obviously never watched Zombieland and realized how important cardio is. Rule #1.

Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt said earlier this week that he expects felony charges to be filed against the protesters, including burglary and felony criminal mischief, along with other possible misdemeanors.

And they could see felony assault on police officers as a charge. And for destroying garbage cans, probably owned by the city.

As I already mentioned, this has little to do with Hamas. It is just the same Democratic party brown shirts getting ready for the 2024 Presidential elections. In 2016 they called themselves Occupy Wallstreet. In 2020 it was Antifa and BLM. This year it’s “pro-Hamas”. But really, it’s a bunch of skinny white guys getting paid for acting like hoodlums. They are testing out their equipment and seeing what works. They are testing the police responses to various provocations (note each city is doing it differently). The most violent ones are in “safe” districts where prosecutors are on their side so there is no risk of the organization getting rounded up and being forced to sit in prison for the rest of the campaign season. They are trying out different social medias to see which are the most reliable ways to communicate and leave no paper trail for the Feds/right wing press. They are training, getting experience, rehearsing, and doing all the things to prepare for the insurrection that will happen when Trump gets elected. All paid for by the big donors of the Democratic party. Any group with the resources of the US government could easily track the money back to its source and impose the force of law against the organizers for all sorts of serious crimes. Our government doesn’t do that because our government is controlled by the Democratic party and the brown shirts work for them.

pH flights of fancy… Facts are the friends of even professors who already know everything…

pH: In 2016 they called themselves Occupy Wallstreet.

Occupy Wall Street took place in 2011.

And does pH really believe the Democratic Party arranged to have Derek Chauvin murder George Floyd on May 26 2020?

And yet on Jan 6 there was a coordinated attack on the US Capitol by thousands of nuRepublican operatives believing they could overturn the results of a national election. This insurrection was coordinated and promoted through the White House.

The next insurrection will be by the right-wing fascist brownshirts – the day after Benito Trumpolini loses in November.

Never forget. Every conservative conspiracy results from projection.

      • Brother John says:

Occupy Wall Street took place in 2011.

What’s your fucking point? Same bunch of fascist shitheads bought and paid for with a different name.

And does pH really believe the Democratic Party arranged to have Derek Chauvin murder George Floyd on May 26 2020?

Did Prof Hale say that, shit-for-brains? No, he did not, but it’s easy enough to wait long enough for one of their precious constituents to off himself in a careless and public way and then hoot and scream RAYCISSSSSS and whip up a mob to make a jury trial pointless.

As for the rest of your idiotic word salad, you’re either projecting or stupid, and neither of these possibilities are interesting enough for further engagement.

        • Elwood P. Dowd says:

pH claimed there is a massive communist/leftist/democrat conspiracy to manipulate the electorate every four years. He claimed Occupy Wall Street occurred in 2016. It occurred in 2011.

In 2020 Derek Chauvin, a police officer, publicly murdered George Floyd causing the BLM movement and riots, which pH claimed were plotted to get Biden elected in Nov 2020.

As for the rest of your idiotic word salad, you’re either projecting or stupid, and neither of these possibilities are interesting enough for further engagement.

  2. Dana says:

Oh, I don’t know: shields made from plastic garbage cans would work well against the rubber bullets a few police have used.

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Loudmouth nitwits with trash can lids sort of refutes that these protests/riots/occupations were well-funded, well-coordinated attacks on America.

    • Professor Hale says:

In the years leading up to WW2, the US Army did not have enough military equipment for the US Army. Existing equipment was sold to Europeans and US industry could not yet satisfy all the demands. The US Army resorted to training with broom sticks instead of rifles and trucks instead of tanks. Surrogation is a long and honorable practice for groups to gain experience and practice as well as to refine their equipment list for when they later go shopping. Previous contacts with Antifa showed they had done credible research and preparation before they just showed up at riots. It is not unreasonable to expect they would continue to experiment with various equipment, modifications and tactics to find suitable combinations that give them advantages.

  3. Dana says:

There was finally a pro-Palestinian, pro-Hamas rally at the University of Kentucky, on May Day, certainly fitting for Communists. Of course, it didn’t make the national news because it was reasonably orderly and entirely peaceful.

One of their silly demands was:

We condemn the university’s collaboration with Kentucky state and Lexington police, and we demand that they be banned from our campus to ensure the safety of students, faculty and staff.

Well, the city and state police were not called, because the demonstration was peaceful. Of course, as the Kentucky Kernel, the UK student newspaper reported:

The crowd of over 300 people included students, alumni and community members.

Perhaps less than 400 is below the threshold for rioting?

The First Amendment guarantees the freedom of speech and the right of peaceable assembly, both of which these idiots exercised. I do not object to stupid people saying stupid things; that’s their right.

    • Professor Hale says:

      … and community members.

They needed to add that category to account for all the people who have no business even being on that particular campus. In fact, there are few students and faculty taking part in this and the term “Community” is being used expansively to include people from out of state. It is the same at all of the larger demonstrations.

      • Dana says:

At least one of the attendees was a student from Transylvania University, which is also in Lexington, which I don’t see as some kind of stretch that she’s attend.

With a student body of 32,710 souls, this was barely 1% attendance.

        • david7134 says:

The participants in these riots are made up of local Muslim groups. Rare that students make up all of those active. When interviewed, the students have little knowledge as to what they are protesting. The protest at Tulane was mostly Islams.

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Is the claim that “there are few students and faculty taking part in this” in the UK protest? Or the protests in general?

      • L.G.Brandon!, L.G.Brandon! says:

When spoken by a leftist the term community means anybody in the communist, socialist, anarchist, fascist, homosexual, transgendered, and all the rest of the LGBTQ Z’s and all that, anybody but straight white non cuckold men, atheists, rabid Muslims, normal Arab terrorists, black Panthers, black terrorists, and any friends of Elwood P Dowd.

Because as we all know conservative conspiracies always results from projection. Lol. Considering that every accusation all leftist ever makes is projected even the nonsense that Elwood sputters when he vomits forth his pearls of wisdom it’s all projection. But I do enjoy coming on here everyday to get my daily dose of insidious stupidity. Thank you Elwood once again you never fail.

  4. Elwood P. Dowd says:

First I-95 in Phill, now I-95 in Connecticut! Gasoline tankers exploding shutting down the main north -south interstate highway on the East coast. Coincidence or terrorism? But terrorism by whom???

Big Solar trying to make gasoline seem dangerous? Elon Musk and Tesla? Hamas? Dems? MAGAts to distract from trials? Russia? Israel?

    • drowningpuppies says:

Thanks for the update, Karen(aka Rimjob).

      • david7134 says:

Just think, if we didn’t have a war on pipelines and refineries, we would not have highway explosions. The whole mindset is related to the carbon hoax. And Biden and the liberal Dems use this stupidity to push there Marxist agenda, or should we acknowledge Obama as the power behind Biden.

    • L.G.Brandon!, L.G.Brandon! says:

As a trump supporter I can assure you that there is no way we want to distract from the trials. Every day he’s on trial his power grows exponentially. Everyday the kangaroo court convenes and the force of what is supposed to be justice shows its face to the people of America as the corrupt left wing kangaroo court that it is the more supporters we get on our side. Unless your new sources haven’t noted trump keeps getting more and more support in the polls while your mass murdering income poop in the White House keeps bumping into things. To rest assured it ain’t us who has blown anything up.

Have you guys figured out your total plan yet for how to steal the next election? Are you gonna rely on the tried and true things like ballot boxes on the streets and illegals with fake ID voting and things like that? Perhaps another bristly false pandemic? Run another war, you guys love wars all those billionaires on your team make money during wars. Baby ship a few billion dollars on pallets to Hamas that usually works out well especially on the American economy as we sink. Or maybe do something like make all gas cars illegal. And while you’re at it make all firearms illegal. You may as well go for total civil war if you’re gonna do it at all.

By the way have you decided to let us know when you believe life begins? Last we heard you thought 15 weeks was absurd and 26 weeks was absurd so tell us at how many weeks does life begin.

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Brando must be taking pain killers again!

Have you decided to let us know when a fertilized egg becomes a person? Millions of fertilized eggs don’t implant in the uterine lining and end up being lost in a tampon or flushed down the toilet. That sounds like an awful death, doesn’t it? What should we do about that?

As you know, Roe v Wade permitted abortions in the first trimester (~12 weeks) with increasing restrictions over the next two trimesters. Donald Trump floated the idea of a 15 week ban but quickly backed down to his states’ rights arguments. Here’s an idea! Ask women what they think! Conservatives believe there should be no abortions but don’t have the gonads to enforce that. Yet.

The garbage can lids were good for a laugh, but my fave was the morons using umbrellas as shields, rather Benny Hill-esque. Neither appeared to slow the po-po down a bit.
    J-6 all the protesters.
