So, last week I had the Liberal version of Amendments 3 and 4, following 1 and 2. Now, one with the show!

Amendment 5: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless the prosecutor really wants to win his/her election, or the accused is a Republican, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger, at which point they assumed guilty; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb, except where it is politically expedient; and shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, since they are guilty anyhow, and shall never be deprived of life, liberty, or property, especially if a pedophile or murderer; nor shall private property be taken for public use, unless it benefts the liberal town leaders and involves appropriate kickbacks.

Amendment 6: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to avoid prosecution by exhausting the legal process and its practitioners. Failure to succeed shall result in speedy plea-bargaining resulting in lesser charges. Convicted persons shall be entitled to appeal until sentence is completed, usually on the order of 3 months. It shall be unlawful to bar or deter an incompetent person from service on a jury. All criminals have a right to an attorney to conduct their illegal business through. The right to confront the accuser shall be waived if the defendent is a white male.
