Captain Ed has a good article on a conversation with Warren Cooksey, Vice Chairman of the Mecklenburg County Republican Party and an alternate to North Carolina’s delegation, regarding Kerry’s chances in NC. He talks about the 2 different messages which that Kerry and Mike Easley have, and how they are at odds with each oher. Check it out.
