Quick note, if you want to find a way to help those victims of Hurricane Charley and Frances, your best bet is to work through the American Red Cross. You can donate online, or by calling 1-800-HELP-NOW.
You can also check your local supermarket for a can donation bin. If they do not have one, call the local red cross, or talk to the store manager.
