BTW, just in case y’all didn’t know, I live in Raleigh, NC. Have lived through multiple hurricanes and tropical systems here. By my count, NC is now 6 for 12, with the possiblity of Ivan sliding back up, and Jeanne hitting full on.

And I can’t ever remember seeing a hurricane spin in a loop like that one. And they are calling it to head for the coast, but it doesn’t appear they know if it will actually come inland or just keep spinning.
