During the next debate, W kicks Kerry all over the debate floor, hounding him about how Kerry plans to pay for all his programs. Hey, I really like Kerry’s environmental plans. I detest the way Bush has treated the environment. But, I am realistic. There is no way Kerry can pay for his environmental programs without drastically increasing taxes and harming business.
