Captain Ed has a good article about the 7 terrorists caught in Spain recently. They were planning to blow up the Spanish High Court. So much for electing an anti-Iraq War government and pulling a cut-n-run from Iraq. This is why you give terrorists zip. Nada. Ziltch. Like a bad horror movie, they come back. Ask the British: they will explain why they didn’t give in to the IRA. If you give in once, they know you will give in many more times through intimidation and terrorist activities.
