Baseball starts for real at 4:05 EST

Image hosting by Photobucket Forget all the other games. They were just appetizers, a warm up for the real start of the baseball season. Dodgers-Giants, 4:05pm EST, 4/5/2005, is truly Opening Day.

How does a kid who grew up on the Joisey Shore become a Dodgers fan? Oh, you didn’t ask? Never mind.

you’re going to have a long season.

    Sorry.

  2. As long as they do better then the Giants, I will be content.

Susie at the Alliance has been having problems with the Bear’s Blogroll. Apparently he’s not letting her in to add new members, and the Ecosystem isn’t counting incoming links to Alliance members coming from the Blogroll.

I am but a college student with too much time on my hands, so I manually converted the blogroll into an ordered list.

My low-tech idea is to make the blogroll open source and recordable by the Ecosystem. It would allow us to take some work off Susie’s back by weeding out defective links ourselves, and it would allow us to evolve as FrankJ originally planned.

Travis has a higher tech idea: the Alliance could host the unordered list as a php include. I don’t yet know whether the formatting would be able to be done by in-page stylesheets or the include file’s own style sheet, but this would work as well.

    What do you think?

  4. As long as the Rockies finish better than the Giants…

    Yeah… I’m an idealist. _
