This is, well, just plain stupid
Eight men at the American prison camp in Guantánamo Bay have separately given their lawyers "consistent accounts" of being tortured at a secret jail in Afghanistan at various periods between 2002 and 2004, the New-York based Human Rights Watch said Sunday.
A report released by the rights group to detail the accounts said the prisoners called the place the "dark prison," and said they were chained to walls, deprived of food and drinking water, and kept in total darkness with loud rap or heavy metal music blaring for weeks at a time.
Oh, no, loud music? But no one was actually, well, you know, hurt. This is one of the myriad reasons the Left are considered to be panty waists in the War on Terror, also known by the names "Protecting the Sanctity of America and the American Way of Life," and "National Security." They whine about things like this, and do everything they can to make sure we cannot protect America.
And, you have Babs Boxer (Loonatic-Ca) now saying that the "wiretaps" are proof for impeachment (via Blogs For Bush and Duskie):
Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) has become the first in the Senate to raise consideration of impeachment of President George W. Bush for authorizing spying on Americans without warrants, RAW STORY has learned.
Yada yada yada. Everyday the Dems provide proof that they cannot be trusted with the nation’s National Security. As Matt puts it "Fighting the War On Terror Is An Impeachable Offense."
And, another point which I never saw anyone address, is about the 146 Democrats who voted against building a wall to protect our southern border (along with 12 Republican weenies). HR 4437, Amend 648, Roll Call 640. Would it surprise anyone to learn that Pelosi, Conyers, and McKinney voted "No?" Probably not. For those in NC, David Price voted "No," as well.

I would love to see Babs keep pushing for impeachment. Let the Dems explain to the whole country why they are so opposed to the president listening in on al Qaeda’s phone calls. Sooner or later people will actually start to listen to what Democrats are saying. When that happens, we’ll be safe from them ever getting back into the White House.
We need their rhetoric to get more and more shrill over the next 11 months. Then Dem meltdown on November.
