Via the BBC:
A top Palestinian militant has been killed in an explosion in Gaza and an Israeli settler was shot dead in the West Bank in a fresh wave of bloodshed.
Khaled al-Dahdouh, a commander of Islamic Jihad’s armed wing, was driving through Gaza City when his car blew up.
Islamic Jihad has blamed Israel for the killing, but Israeli officials have denied involvement.
One more wacko gone to be Judged.
Add another to the list, while I am at the BBC
A man who killed three US Christian missionaries in southern Yemen in 2002 has been executed by firing squad.
Abed Abdulrazzak Kamel was convicted of shooting dead a surgeon and two of her colleagues at a Baptist mission hospital in the town of Jibla.
Kamel told his 2003 trial that he killed them because he thought they were trying to convert Yemeni Muslims.
He was executed a day after President Ali Adullah Saleh endorsed the sentence, a judicial source said.
Firing squads: I wish they’d bring those back in the good ol’ U S of A. Enough of this pansy ass “lethal injection can cause pain” crap.
I definately agree. Punishment is supposed to be painful. Not like they would feel it for long. The Founding Fathers had no problem with hanging or firing squads.
Executed in two years? I must admit I’m impressed by the efficiency.
