Not Cute
And a slight update in this space. A Turkish airline was hijacked.
Two Turks protesting Pope Benedict XVI’s trip to Turkey next month hijacked a jet carrying 113 people from Albania to Istanbul on Tuesday, and it landed safely in the southern Italian coastal city, where they surrendered, officials said.
The two gave themselves up to police about two hours after the Turkish Airlines Boeing 737-400 landed, Italian news agencies reported.
Nowhere in the story was it mentioned that they are surely Muslims. Chickenshit media.

Beth at Blue Star Chronicles has more.
Back to cute (well, at least for one. Don’t think the other would appreciate being called “cute” :))
Two of the great bloggers out there are celebrating their Third Blogiversaries. Give it up for:
- –Captain’s Quarters, who I have been reading since early 2004, and
- –Sister Toldjah, another fine North Carolina blogger.
Here’s to many more!
I don’t know what you mean. Why would Sister Toldjah object to being called cute.
Ya know, I should have seen that coming.
