You keep telling us about survival of the fittest, that God had no hand in creation, and Darwin is the the grand poobah. What do you have to say about this?
Animal and plant species have begun dying off or changing sooner than predicted because of global warming, a review of hundreds of research studies contends.
These fast-moving adaptations come as a surprise even to biologists and ecologists because they are occurring so rapidly.
At least 70 species of frogs, mostly mountain-dwellers that had nowhere to go to escape the creeping heat, have gone extinct because of climate change, the analysis says. It also reports that between 100 and 200 other cold-dependent animal species, such as penguins and polar bears are in deep trouble.
If they are the fittest, they will survive. If not, buh bye!
Species survived the Global Climate Optimum, the Little Ice Age, and many, many, hotter and colder periods throughout history. If you really believe whole heartedly in Darwinism, then you would understand that those who can, will survive, regardless of the climate.
Meanwhile, why not start a petition and hold a worldwide rally against the higher output of the Sun and natural Earth processes, such as volcano's in the mid-Atlantic Ridge?
If you really want to do something, why not focus your efforts on the real danger, which is ocean pollution. Go look at what happens when you kill off plankton, which involves pollution and cold, fresh water. You wouldn't believe me, since I am one of those crazy rightwingnuts, so, look it up, do the research.
Instead, folks like you and the UN waste your time with efforts like the Global Warming conference that was held in Nairobi recently
A minor but significant detail seems to have been lost in all the rhetoric at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change that took place in Nairobi recently: the 6,000 or so delegates attending the conference may have contributed more to global warming in a fortnight than the entire city of Nairobi does in a year. This is because most arrived here in one of the most climate-changing forms of transport, the airplane.
Somehow, I doubt that the people who live on the African continent are too concerned with global warming. Things like AIDS, Ebola, starvation, malaria (thanks, Rachael Carson!), and warfare are probably a wee bit higher on their list.
