The West New York man accused of repeatedly raping his teen-age daughter and then ordering her to throw away their two babies – one to her death – faces up to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty in a deal with prosecutors, officials said.
"Hell is missing one devil today. He's here," Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Michael D'Andrea said of Jose Ventura, 46, who cried silently as he admitted his crimes yesterday before Hudson County Superior Court Judge Kevin Callahan.

Ventura pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter, aggravated assault and two counts of aggravated sexual assault, and prosecutors will recommend a combined sentence of up to 35 years in prison, with the requirement he serve at least 85 percent – or just under 30 years – before he is eligible for parole.
Even if Ventura doesn't die in prison, authorities said, the illegal immigrant could be deported back to El Salvador after completing his sentence.
Now, I am sure some will argue that legal American citizens do bad things, too. Correct. There are bad people out there. However, do we want more of them coming to our country illegally?

Our taxes will pay for his room and board for 30+ years when a single bullet would take care of the problem in seconds. I know that’s a waste of a perfectly good bullet – but not not as big a waste as the alternative.
