(AP) U.S. federal agents on Tuesday raided the offices of a food processing plant suspected of employing hundreds of illegal workers who used Social Security numbers that belonged to other people or were made up, authorities said.
By Tuesday morning, approximately 100 workers had been placed under administrative arrest to be processed for possible deportation, an official with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security said. More arrests were expected, the official said.
Can’t wait for the left wing hysteria about separating families, sure to come. So let’s deport them all!
According to an affidavit filed by Maximillian Trimm, a special agent with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, only 48 of nearly 600 employees at the Fresh Del Monte Produce fruit and vegetable processing plant had valid Social Security numbers.
Federal prosecutors said that 20 of the Social Security numbers being misused belonged to people older than 60, and that 29 belonged to dead people.
I thought illegals never harmed anyone, that they were just here for a better life? How many people have had their credit destroyed, and their lives harmed and ruined, by illegals using their social security numbers fraudulently? What we see here is that being an illegal is not a victimless crime.

I bet a can of Del Monte Fruit that American citizens would love to hold the jobs of those illegal immigrants who were just doing the work we supposedly won’t do. And I’ve bought Del Monte fruit for years, and watched the price of those cans go UP…and UP…so don’t give me that bullshit about how this raid will effect future price increases. Fill those jobs with Americans.

In reality, I am sure that the DHS and ICE are doing what they are supposed to be doing, there is not timing issue. Now, if only they would do it more.
