As the Left rails against anything the Bush administration, and the United States, does in the war against radical Islam, decrying every action, assualting every mistake made, questioning the timing of every pro-US/military news release, and saying "hey, we are patriots, why are you questioning us?", why do they not speak up against radical Islam when this happens?

FORWARD OPERATING BASE THUNDER, Afghanistan — The story of a 6-year-old Afghan boy who says he thwarted an effort by Taliban militants to trick him into being a suicide bomber provoked tears and anger at a meeting of tribal leaders.

The account from Juma Gul, a dirt-caked child who collects scrap metal for money, left American soldiers astonished that a youngster could be sent on such a mission. Afghan troops crowded around the boy to call him a hero.

Though the Taliban dismissed the story as propaganda, at a time when U.S. and NATO forces are under increasing criticism over civilian casualties, both Afghan tribal elders and U.S. military officers said they were convinced by his dramatic account.

Juma said that sometime last month, Taliban fighters forced him to wear a vest they said would spray out flowers when he touched a button. He said they told him that when he saw American soldiers, "throw your body at them."

I would highly recommend reading the rest. It is not the first time that the Islamofacists have used children as suicide bombers, and won’t be the last. They have recently attempted to use pregnant women. They have killed pregnant women and children. Their stated policy is to go after civilians.

Yet, so many on the Left ignore this. They rarely condemn the actions of the extremist Muslims, who are, oh by the way, just following what the Koran is telling them to do. They tend to take the viewpoint that America is at fault, and will always find time to find America wanting. I would really like to know why. Despite all my time spent dumpster diving at place like Kos, the DU, Huffington Post, etc, I can only understand their way of thought just so much. Is it simply opposition to everything Bush/Republican/Conservative that drives their thought processes feeling? Or is there truly a deep and abiding hatred, nay, loathing, of America and what she does? Do they really feel that we are the bad guys in everything?

I have a hard time believing that so many of my friends, people I drink with, hang with, grill out with, really feel that way about America. But, you never know. So many liberals will not say so in person, but, get them on the anonymous Internet, and you can see their true feelings. Like so many poor have been taught to be victims and entitled to other people’s money for nothing, liberals are being taught to hate America. Shame.
