The Giants had the perfect answer for the suddenly imperfect Patriots: a big, bad defense and an improbable comeback led by their own Mr. Cool quarterback, Eli Manning.
In one of the biggest upsets in Super Bowl history, New York shattered New England’s unbeaten season 17-14 Sunday night as Manning hit Plaxico Burress on a 13-yard fade with 35 seconds left. It was the Giants’ 11th straight victory on the road and the first time the Patriots tasted defeat in more than a year.

Congrats, An excellent game and even a Redskin fan enjoyed the Giants beating the New England.
I would call this the second greatest game, Superbowl 3, the first superbowl I remember was unbelievable of course that could be childhood memories.
Enjoy!
I predicted yesterday :
NY GIANTS 26
NE PATS 23
SB XXLL MVP: QB Eli Manning

The FOX ANALysts were wrong in their predictions (polls) and so were most ESPNiacs like Tom Jackson.

I’m happy for you, Teach. As someone who was rooting for the Patriots I have to admit the Giants played a great game!
I am in heaven right now.
Teach – I wallet sized the following to shut up the losing liberal Redskins, Eagles and Ravens fans here. Enjoy and use ‘The picture shot all throughout the world’ for your screen saver my matey!

How sweet our 3rd Super Bowl trophy is when the world was against us… the POLLS were against us… the ‘experts’ and ANALysts were against us…. WE LOVE N Y !
I wrote the following to the NY POST:
“The Giants won at the beach, on the ranch, in the tundra and in the desert. David slew Goliath but this time David was the GIANT!
Luke 1:37 “For with God nothing is impossible.”
