I understand that the economy is in trouble, but if the climate crisis is not taken seriously, as well, then the economy issues won’t matter.
We are currently past the worst-case scenario predicted by scientists 10 years ago. We see it happening everywhere, from the Arctic to our own backyards.
This election, when it comes to Congress, we need leaders who are going to take a position on this important issue.
My vote is going to the candidate who is willing to come up with a plan to begin reversal of the damage that we have caused.
Yes, all that damage. Over the past several weeks, it has mostly been below, and many days, well below, the average temperature (that would be known as “climate”) in Raleigh. Today’s average temp is 68. Today’s forecast is 53. For the next 6 days, only 2 of them are at average. The others are five or more degrees under.
- Cold chill blows into Tampa Bay
- Weather comes as ‘Frosty the Snowman’ for Halloween
- Cold spell expected to last through tomorrow
- Fair skies, cooler temperatures continue in Texas
- Expect more chilly weather
- South Florida receives a cool down
- Grab a coat or sweater, it’s going to be chilly today
- Freeze watch underway as temperatures to drop into low 30s
- Freeze Watch Issued For Metro Atlanta
- Colder than normal? Yep!
Of course, the Climahysterics will just tell us that it is “weather.” But, what is the main dynamic behind “climate?” That’s right, weather.
And, unfortunately for the Climahysterics, more and more people are refusing to buy in to their chicken little “theories.” See Anthony Watts for the poll.
