You know, it is one thing to watch Bat-shit Crazy Sullivan discuss American politics, politicians, and policies, but, there gets to be a point where his bat-shittery goes too far even for him
(blah blah, whine whine, torture, blah blah)
The least we know is that Brennan is ambivalent about this. Ambivalence on this matter is unacceptable. We haven’t fought for decency and reform and a return to American values for so long to be turned back now. We didn’t work our butts off to elect Obama only to get Bush another four years at CIA. If Brennan emerges as the pick, those of us against the continuation of war crimes and the prosecution of war criminals will have to oppose him strenuously in the nomination process. We will, in fact, have to go to war with Obama before he even takes office.
And if Obama doubts our seriousness, I have three words for him. Yes we can.
I have 11 13 words for you, Sully: You do not get a vote, you aren’t an American citizen. Fuck off!
I love these fucking people who think they get a say and aren’t even eligible to vote.
Wake Up America has more, without the bad language.
I love these people who think that what Andrew Sullivan has to say is all that important
Well, too be honest, Sully is the unhinged flavor of the day. The DU has gotten a bit boring lately, I gave up on the Huff Post a long time ago as the comments were annoying, and no one else is quite as fun as someone who claims to be a libertarian conservative but is farther left then Markos Moulitos.
Teach said: You do not get a vote, you aren’t an American citizen.
It’s not about getting a vote. It’s about expressing an opinion and the great thing about this country is that anyone can express their opinion. In Sullivan’s case his blog is so popular he actually helps shape public opinion – which tends to influence policy makers and politicians.
Shapes public opinion? You’re kidding, right? The dude is a laughing stock. An unhinged one. Not too mention a hypocrite and bombastic conspiracy theorist who likes to throw hissy fits.
Oh, and he is not an American citizen, so, no, he has no Right to an opinion. Let him get his citizenship, then he is welcome to Dictate Policy.
Teach, non-citizens have rights in this country too (as well as U.S. citizens who don’t know the difference between “to†and “tooâ€).
For someone who regularly tells Andrew Sullivan to “fuck off†I’m not sure you’re in a position to call anyone “unhinged.â€
