I guess he is just too darned busy apologizing around the world, partying in the White House, running out for burgers with Sheriff Joe, and telling people we need to pass this obamination of a health care plan right now to, you know, read the darned thing
With the public’s trust in his handling of health care tanking (50%-44 of Americans disapprove), the White House has launched a new phase of its strategy designed to pass Obamacare: all Obama, all the time. As part of that effort, Obama hosted a conference call with leftist bloggers urging them to pressure Congress to pass his health plan as soon as possible.
During the call, a blogger from Maine said he kept running into an Investors Business Daily article that claimed Section 102 of the House health legislation would outlaw private insurance. He asked: “Is this true? Will people be able to keep their insurance and will insurers be able to write new policies even though H.R. 3200 is passed?†President Obama replied: “You know, I have to say that I am not familiar with the provision you are talking about.†(quote begins at 17:10)
Too be honest, I believe he does know the answer, and he doesn’t want even the liberal bloggers to know that information, because, next thing you know, the moonbats publish, and the Right will be all over it.

This is the guy who was only going to unite and not divide. Stay tuned to learn that it’s the opposition’s fault because they’re so bombastic and out of ideas, they’re a waste of time. What this really means is, his health care proposal is in more trouble than perhaps some thought. He’s circling the wagons, and tightly, at that.

Amazing logic: proposing a bill he is not familiar with… This is as if you were presenting a product for a publicity meeting and you told everyone in the room: “hey, I just don’t know what is this all about“…

On one hand, I can almost empathize. I know in my work, I have to remember the specs of well over 35 devices, the accessories, many plans, many features, policies, initiatives, all the systems we use, not too mention all the management stuff.
However, I may not remember the minutia and obscure stuff, but, I sure remember the big stuff. I would think whether one could keep ones health insurance would be a big thing.
Somehow, that line doesn’t surprise me at all. After all most of us would think that an educated,”organized” man would have the basic ability to read and comprehend. You remember that from grammar school, don’t you folks?
I have figured out that pelosi and reid have no reading comprehension skills at all. Or if they did have them, said skills were surgically removed upon taking office. It seems to be a job requirement in DC.
