Sen. Ted Kennedy died shortly before midnight Tuesday at his home in Hyannis Port, Mass., at age 77.
The man known as the “liberal lion of the Senate” had fought a more than year-long battle with brain cancer, and according to his son had lived longer with the disease than his doctors expected him to.
May he rest in peace. But, liberals won’t let him
It’s time: The Senator Ted Kennedy Health Care Reform Bill
Health care for all citizens of the United States of America.
Including the poor, sick, disabled and even the republicans.
Time to rename Reagan International Airport (this DUer uses a Che Guevera icon)
In honor of the service that Ted Kennedy, along with his brothers Joe, John, and Robert, and sisters Eunice and Rose, it’s time we change the name of Reagan International Airport back to Kennedy International Airport. We should write our congresspeople and ask them to propose this change in honor of our greatest senator and his family who have done so much for all of us.
We should also propose similar changes to other monuments and highways, and honor a real American hero like Edward Kennedy
What could Congress do to honor Sen. Kennedy? Â Pass universal health care bill
I had hoped Senator Kennedy would live to see a health care reform bill signed. If Congress does pass a decent bill, I hope they name it after the Senator.
And Huffington Post writer Joseph Palermo uses the opportunity to trash government run health care opponents.
The issue of succession is already getting nasty, and the NY Times offers their views.
More: Jimmy Carter chimes in
And my own hope here is that his deep commitment to comprehensive health plan in our country will be honored by his contemporaries and his peers in the near future
Seriously, can’t they give it a few days before they use his death?
I fully expect the Left to exploit his death in their endeavours to socialize health care. They have no shame, as they have well shown [if there was any doubt] these past few months, and will use any means necessary, including the death of their beloved standard bearer, to effect the passage of this monstrous plan. They have no honor.

I hope Mary Jo Kopechne has a say in where he spends eternity.
RIP and condolences to his family. They have had a lot of tragedy among them and this a second death in a week, is truly difficult.
But I hope Mary Jo greets the senator and shows him to his final resting place, with a big shove down those stairs!
