Yup, updated my iPhone yesterday to OS 4.0, pretty nice. I love the folders option, and multitasking will be sweet, once there are apps designed for OS 4.0. Yes, that is a requirement.
That said, the best place I have found to learn about all the enhancements is not the Apple website, but, this post at TiPB. Check it out.
