How else are you going to strip people of their freedoms and over-ride individual country’s constitutions and guaranteed liberties?
How about proving what’s wrong first, then after that, you can try and prove how that relates to the creation of catastrophes. From there, you can attempt to conduct a risk analysis to prove that the taxes, fines, fees, loss of freedom, liberty, choice, economy and growth are sufficient for a recovery. Only then, after all nations have agreed, can you begin to setup an international body.
