Won’t someone think of the kids? The combination of heavy snow and fast-whipping winds caused most people to simply not brave the conditions and take to the roads in Dodge County. It’s so terrible, kids in Wisconsin can’t go outside! Elsewhere, I-70 is closed, and drivers in Iowa and Nebraska were warned to just stay home.
