Something interesting in the newest shamnesty bill
(Daily Caller) The Senate’s Gang of Eight immigration bill offers $50 million in taxpayer-funded assistance to help illegal immigrants file for the multi-stage amnesty offered by the controversial bill.
The proposed spending is intended to help illegals get “registered provisional immigration status,†which is the first stage of the legalization process.
The money can be given to activist groups to support immigrants who need help “completing applications and petitions, including providing assistance in obtaining the requisite documents and supporting evidence … applying for any waivers for which applicants and qualifying family members may be eligible,†according to Section 2106, beginning on page 131 of the complex 844-page bill.
So, a sop to far left groups to enrich their coffers as the help people who broke our immigration laws get their amnesty.
@marcorubio What say you about immigration bill giving $50 million to help illegals get their amnesty?

Rubio is turning into a McCain/Graham squish. Obviously this means that the left side will want him to be the next GOP presidential candidate.
I say greatl. Let’s get these people paying taxes as soon as possible.
Wait.
I thought the argument you made before was that “these people” are already paying taxes.
Which one is it?
rubio has always been a rino. Nobody ever listens to me.
Did torqued say something? I wasn’t paying attention, sorry.
This shamnesty bill also rewards these illegal felon invaders with a bonus when officially hired over American citizens. They and the business will not be required to purchase Obamacare or pay the fine.
Just another liberal way for liberals to shaft American workers and ruin this country. They just love ruining this country.
And john, no, I don’t want them paying taxes. They wouldn’t any way. over 50% of workers already don’t pay taxes. I want them to leave. I want every citizen to pay taxes. Wouldn’t that be the fair thing john?
Ohhhhh.. I see. John is now coming out in favor of everyone paying taxes. So john, are you in favor of a flat\fair tax policy then?
