The costs are actually going up. What is happening is that the Feds are dumping in more money into the system and Oregon is placing more restrictions of companies in how they generate revenue.
And I guess you missed the study that said there is a difference between medical care and access to medical health care. The later – which is what ObamaCare is based upon – shows no health benefits and massive increase in costs.
Once again, despite your snarky comments, you are simply wrong on the facts.
