    Aaaah, Ava Gardner filming “On The Beach” in the days when the world had an Iron Curtain that brought real fears of a global apocalypse, rather than the phony one manufactured recently in the Iron Triangle of big science, environmental organizations, and alternative energy industries, all fueled by a huge influx of government money.
