I know Guitar Carver said he’s having issues since I turned on the new comment spam blocker. If so, use the contact form embedded. (I’ll be interested to see what it looks like if anyone uses it. Never tried before. A mostly useless thing that comes with WordPress)
More: OK, I shut the plugin down. It seemed to work initially, and, only 1 spam comment made it through, but seems to be blocking most from posting comments. Perhaps a conflict with Bad Behavior or Akismet? I’m not going to play with it while people get blocked.
This is getting strange. I posted here several hours ago about being rejected as spam, and now I see my comment is…..gone.
THe comment form would show your comment, but it doesn’t record it, it sends me an email directly.
And, look, a spam comment already!
