I’ve had a couple people ask why there are no posts on the Planned Parenthood selling fetuses fiasco, nor on the Islamist Chattanooga terror attack. Quite frankly, the answer is simple: the stories occurred at a time I couldn’t blog about them, and I get so behind that I feel there isn’t much I could add to an already deep discussion, nor take the time to properly discuss.
For instance, I was down near the coast playing golf Thursday, and the terror attack wasn’t something I could blog on my phone, nor have the time to cover. I will say this: it’s interesting that there is so little outrage from liberals, as well as covering for the hardcore Islamists.
Planned Parenthood? It’s disgraceful the way abortion supporters are spinning this.
Consider this an open thread for discussing these issues.
Lone wolf jihadi kills four Marines; it’s terrorism. Planned Parenthood slaughters forty or so million; ain’t no big deal.
Can’t understand why someone would inquire about your lack of blogging … I mean, it’s not like we don’t know what you’re going to say.
Our host wrote:
You’re forgetting the rule: nothing any abortion clinic or “doctor” ever does can ever be condemned, because such is an attack on abortion itself.
Tell the truth, Mr Teach: you write three to four posts a night, and then just have them timed to drop in at various points during the day, right?
In which we learn that Teach has something common with Barack Obama: both go golfing at times of crisis.
This morning I woke up to my clock radio with this first line from CBS news: “Federal investigators still have no clues as to the motive of the man who killed four in Chattanooga”.
I can always count on CBS news to start my day with a bang. A bank of idiocy, of talking points from the left.
Another typical wake-up line: “Experts say that climate change may be to blame for…”
Or: “We’re talking to UCLA political science professor Dr. Lefty McDemocrat to find out what ordinary Americans can do to raise awareness of the funding crisis in their public schools.”
Watched the WH press briefing. Josh Earnest briefly answered a question about Chattanooga with a limp response about “we’re reviewing it”. Then on the more important stuff, “fleshing out POTUS’ father/daughter weekend in NY” and how the press corps will follow along to keep all their colleagues informed.
Mr Glanton errs:
You aren’t tuned to CBS News; that’s clearly from NPR.
