    I’m always curious what these girls are reading but you can rarely see the titles. I know they are probably just props, but I’ve found some interesting books that were props. I started reading Iain Banks because I glimpsed a book of his being read by a hotel clerk in a movie.

    Speaking of props, why is this same girl, Clara Alonso, laying with a log on her blanket? I don’t get it. Maybe it’s a juxtaposition of rough bark against soft skin or something?

    I have tried Beowulf, but never could make it very far. However, “Eaters of the Dead” is an interesting alternative.
