Although conservative blogs, radio yakkers and “news” services have usually considered the children of politicians to be fair game, their attack on young Barron Trump seems horrid, even for a conservative media.

“It’s high time Barron Trump starts dressing like he’s in the White House,” the Daily Caller’s Ford Springer insisted, complete with a nostalgic look at how your parents probably “forced you to dress up when you were a kid for a special occasion.”

Twitter ripped into The Daily Caller:

*time & time again Barron has proven to be a regular 11-year-old kid*

    WHO. WRITES. THIS. TRASH.

I think Trump is a neo-nazi sympathizer destroying our country, BUT shame on douche @TuckerCarlson for printing this. Barron is just a kid.

Barron dresses just fine. Leave him alone you ghouls.

tRumpler may have turned a corner tonight!

He read a whole 30 minute speech without once going off-script defending neo-Nazis and the Klan or spewing about “fake news”! He did do a 180 on everything he’s ever said about Afghanistan but that’s because he was 180 degrees wrong in the past. Good for him.

  3. Jeffery says:

Trump continues the policies of W and President Obama in Afghanistan… our 16 year old war.

  4. Jeffery says:

And what does a “win” in Afghanistan look like? It seems like 10s of thousands of US troops forever to keep it stable.

If we kill all the terrorists there now (a good idea, by the way), when we leave, others fill in unless Afghanistan converts to a functioning, secure nation, which it has never been.

As we said, President Trump did a good job last night. Let’s hope he keeps up the charade for the sake of the nation.

    • Dana says:

You can’t kill only all of the terrorists there now; you have to kill enough of the boys who will grow up into fighting-aged men so that the survivors are completely cowed.

That’s what we did in World War II, the last war we actually won. We killed and killed and killed, until there was no more room in Hell for all of the Germans and Japanese we sent to their eternal rewards. We killed the soldiers in the fields, the sailors in the ships, the pilots in the aircraft, but we also killed the civilians in the factories and rail yards and farms, we killed old men and women and children, until there was nothing more they could do against us, and until the survivors were so beaten down by war that there were no serious thoughts about an uprising.

Like it or not, that is how you win a war.

      • drowningpuppies says:

Good points, Dana, but don’t forget Americans got what we have fair and square. We came, we killed EVERYTHING, and then built a society.

Life is like that. Ask the Romans, the British, the Assyrians, the Egyptians, the Huns, the original Khanate, and so on.

While we did so, we also brought an industrial and technologic revolution to every corner of the world never before experienced in human history.
People in Malaysia, China, Africa and well everywhere have cellphones. Didn’t exist before they were developed in the US.

        Computers? Yep, that’s us.

Commercial air service? After we finished off the Nazis and the murderous Japanese military we did that too.

And by the way, over 90% of new pharmaceutical agents developed in the last 50 years were developed by American companies.

        You’re welcome.

      • Jeffery says:

And how do you propose we kill all our enemies, including their children who might grow up to be our enemies?

Would you carpet nuke Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan, killing all there? Did I miss anyone? Of course, none of those nations have attacked the US or our allies.

    Jeff,
You have several comments on this post. None of them make sense and all exude a sense of hate. Don’t you think that it would be a good idea to get some help. You call all of us names and really go on about hate groups and say we are members of these organizations, but you are the only one with these attitudes. Much of it stems from a clear lack of knowledge and life experiences. You do realize that your world view is very close to David Duke and the neoNaxis?
