This is just a scam within a scam and another way for crooked politicians to get rich off the rubes.
So St. Gretta’s refusal to fly is just virtue signaling? And in reality, she would have been better off flying than taking that sail boat that uses diesel engines to produce electricity. The carbon footprint for her would have been much smaller.
