No John, the Army announced that it is looking into the electric vehicle, but there are no plans for the specs to be an all electric vehicle.
Part of the issue is going to be the supply chain and range. It is not as if there are recharging stations in the middle of battlefield.

The Army is only considering electric vehicles when and, more importantly, if the civilian population does.
