    I’m not sure about the .357 Magnum post and the alleged “doxxing” of the Chauvin trial jurors.

    A post at Legal Insurrection not only has the makeup of the jury (race, gender, age) but the actual voir dire of the jurors as it was shown on the televised broadcast.

      President Biden was interviewed on ESPN’s Sports Center ahead of MLB’s opening day.

      In response to a question about moving the All Star game, Biden said:

      BIDEN: I think today’s professional athletes are acting incredibly responsibly. I would strongly support them doing that. People look to them. They’re leaders. The very people who are victimized the most are the people who are leaders in these various sports. And it’s just not right.

      A video of the interview posted on YouTube has Biden giving a totally different answer to the question. Apparently someone realized the Biden (who had notes, the questions or both in his hands) had made a mind blowing, non-nonsensical answer. So ESPN and the White House went back and redid that part of the interview.

      In addition as part of the Georgia voting question, Biden said in part:

      ….Or you’re going to close the polling place at 5 o’clock when people just get off? This is all about keeping working folks that I grew up with from being able to vote.”

      The fact of the matter is that the law requires polling places to be open from 7 AM to 7 PM or allow a shift in time to accommodate rural voters who are up at dawn. No matter what Biden is wrong. In addition, the bill allows for expanded early voting.

      The Washington Post Fact Checker gave Biden’s statement four Pinocchios which according to their scale means Biden told “whoppers.”
