   And now a producer for MSNBC has been caught trailing the bus carrying the jury. No pictures of the jurors were taken, we have been assured, but that wasn’t the purpose. The purpose was to let the jurors know that they would not remain anonymous, and that if they didn’t deliver a guilty verdict, they would be identified and held accountable.

   There is really only one proper response: the judge should declare a mistrial with prejudice, and all MSNBC personnel involved should be prosecuted for jury intimidation.

     mr dana now reads minds, knowing that the “MSNBC producer” was attempting to intimidate the jurors!!

     Just another mistrial call for the poor patriot rittenhouse.

       Well, then, Mr Dowd, what other reason can you find why an MSNBC employee would be tailing the jury van? We’ll wait.

           You could apply some logical reasoning Elwood P. Dowd. This is a volatile situation as I hope you realize. Anyway, why would MSNBC follow a jury van if not to learn the ID of the jury and therefore use either intimidation or threat of exposure to cause a problem? You think maybe the MSNBC people wanted to buy them ice cream cones?

           It seems the judge disagrees with you and threw out MSNBC from the proceedings. So your point is moot. Obviously you are wrong.

           Does your sarcastic “poor patriot” comment indicate you think Rittenhouse does not deserve a fair and impartial trial because you don’t like him? Is that your standard? Or is that to impugn patriotism in general? You don’t like a young patriot lad who wants to defend an American city which has already been burnt in the last communist insurrection? I imagine The Minutemen of 1776 bring you to tears.
