    Shooter U.S. Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd Did Not Create a Police Report on Killing, Byrd Had Prior ‘Use of Force’ Issue

    (Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced that it received productions of new records totaling 102 pages from the Department of Justice (DOJ) related to the shooting of January 6 protestor Ashli Babbitt that include a memo recommending “that the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia decline for criminal prosecution the fatal shooting of Ashli McEntee [Babbitt],” also noting that the shooter, U.S. Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd, “did not create a police report or documents” related to the shooting of Babbitt.

      If rioter Babbitt had just complied with lawful orders (don’t climb through the window, don’t attack Representatives etc) she would be alive today…

      Sometimes a perpetrator refusing to obey a lawful order in the middle of committing a crime gets shot.

    unfortunately, Dowd, there are videos of Babbit with her back to the hole in the door attempting to stop people from climbing through the door when she was plugged by a police officer who has been reprimanded many times during his career. She was being pressed into the opening torn in the doorway and it was why the police officer saw the backpack in his initial interviews.

    We all know what 1/6 is all about. It is a desperate attempt by the left to prevent Donald Trump from running for President again. It is an attempt to divide the party down the Trump/DeSantis line.

    Unfortunately for you and the left if DeSantis wins the white house you will hate him every bit as much as you did Trump. The only difference is that this time you get to conjure up another fake reason to impeach him. Perhaps this time it will be because he was a Communist Agent paid for by China, since the Russian one didn’t work.

        This video clearly shows Babbitt proceeding face first through the window when she was shot. There was no video evidence that she had her back to the hole attempting to stop people.

      Ms Babbitt was shot and killed as she attempted to crawl through a window broken by her compatriots. It was tragic but preventable. If a police officer has a gun trained on you and tells you to stop, you should stop. Especially during a riot when thugs had broken into the US Congress and an attempt to stop the certification of the election. Donald Trump killed Ashli Babbitt. His lies persuaded his weakest-minded followers to invade Congress.

      If a gang of BLM rioters had broken into the WH yelling Hang Don Trump!, would you support the SS shooting the violent rioters?

      It’s clear that Trump and his co-conspirators had a hare-brained scheme to keep trump in office. The attack on Congress was just a small part of the conspiracy.

      Yes, duhSantis is as odious of trump, but doesn’t seem as criminally insane. Let’s hope president duhSantis isn’t as criminal as trump.

      So trump raised over $250 million from his small dollar donors for his “Official Election Defense Fund”, which didn’t actually exist. The money went to the Save America PAC which gave to Mark Meadows’ charity, The Trump Hotel Collection, to a con org that employed many former trump aids, and to the company that organized the Jan 6 rally.
