63% of electric vehicles in the US are using fossil fuels when recharging.

Since no geographic area or power grid especially in cities is powered by 100% wind/solar it would seem to me that 100% of EV’s are powered by fossil fuels. Unless some clown has a windmill hooked up to his charger.
