Are you pulling that “per capita” crap again? How much has China or India or Pakistan or Iran or Somalia or any of the other of the195 total countries reduced theirs? Carbon offsets is a scam by which billionaire white guys in guilt ridden Western countries get to rip off average and poor people to pocket more billions. How do you think these guys got so rich?
