    Teach yes it was warmer 6000 years ago. Scientists believe that was caused by the Milankovitch cycles of the Earths orbit. That is not applicable to the very fast warming we have now.

      No, Johnny-couldn’t find anything on Milankovitch cycles and the Holocene. And that wouldn’t explain the MWP, anyway. If they thought it was Milankovitch cycles then obviously they wouldn’t have tried to get rid of the Holocene Optimum as was done recently. There’s numerous papers on faster and larger temp changes during the Holocene than now
