There are hundreds of assaults against American Muslims each year, and will no doubt increase following the current Islamophobic hategasm shuddering through the right.
New York University Student Bar Association President Ryna Workman expressed her unwavering solidarity with the Palestinians, and blamed all the deaths on the evil Israelis. Miss Workman, who had previously been a summer law associate at the firm of Winston & Strawn, had a full time associate’s job offer for the lovely Miss Workman . . . until they became aware of her repugnant post!
First year Associates at Winston & Strawn are paid $215,000 annually, not including any bonuses. Oops!

In most US states employers can hire or fire as they please within the limits of the laws.
And yes, a violent insurrection on the seat of the US government, especially intended to invalidate a presidential election, is worse than a riot in Detroit. Just because the insurrectionists failed doesn’t imply they weren’t insurrectionists or that their cult leader isn’t a traitor.
