Maine Secretary of State Says Trump Ineligible to Appear on Ballot
Maine’s Democrat Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows, on Thursday determined that former President Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on the state’s ballot, but the decision will not be carried out until the U.S. Supreme Court weighs in on the controversial state rulings, which continue to pile up.
Like the left-leaning justices in Colorado, Bellows said Trump is disqualified based on Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment, or the Insurrection Clause.
In the ruling, Bellows wrote that she held a hearing on December 15 on three challenges to Trump’s nomination. The first two, she said, “contest Mr. Trump’s qualification for office under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.”
“The third challenge, filed by Paul Gordon (the ‘Gordon Challenge’), contests Mr. Trump’s qualification under the Twenty-Second Amendment,” the ruling reads.
“For the reasons set forth below, I conclude that Mr. Trump’s primary petition is invalid,” she wrote.
Again, it won’t take effect till the SCOTUS takes a look at the Colorado insanity, which they’ll probably kill off. It was a 4-3 decision made 100% by Democrats. Trump wasn’t going to win either state, but, there is nothing to stop citizens from writing Trump’s name in.
This is banana republic stuff. You can bet other Democrat states will give this a try. But, what is to stop Republican states from knocking Biden off the ballot? The 14th Amendment also states “…or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof…” Biden has given aid and comfort to tens of thousands of illegal aliens, many of whom are from nations and groups which hate the United States. Is that a stretch? So is blocking a person from a ballot who has been convicted of nothing. Stop trying to make me defend Trump.

Although Trump still claims his Presidency was stolen, that is neither insurrection nor rebellion.
Everything the Democrats are doing out of their panic and fear of Donald Trump and the rest of us patriots is making more people join our side. I hope they keep on acting like complete anti democracy fools.
The Democrats never fail to do exactly what they accuse us of doing every single time. They accuse us of racism but they’re racist stopping people from going to schools and all kinds of other things because of their race. Calling us anti democracy but you can’t get anymore anti democratic than pulling somebody off the ballot.
This was for the primary ballot only, so the state Republican Party can push for a party caucus rather than the primary.
Now that the Democrats are just stealing everything outright when will the building back better begin?

*Democrat Assemblywoman Michelle Gorelow voted to give $250,000 of taxpayer money to a nonprofit organization, then only two weeks later they hired her as Director. She immediately ended her re-election campaign in disgrace after this scandal was publicly disclosed.
*Democrat Assemblyman C.H. Miller voted to give $100,000 of taxpayer money to a nonprofit organization without disclosing he was just hired as President and CEO. He then resigned in disgrace after this scandal was publicly disclosed.
*Democrat Assemblywoman Bea Duran, a Culinary Union activist, ended her re-election bid in disgrace after it was disclosed she voted for a bill that handed $25 million to the Culinary Union.
*Democrat Senator Marilyn Dondero Loop removed all mentions of her affiliation with United Way of Southern Nevada, after it was disclosed she voted for a bill that gave $1.2 million to United Way of Southern Nevada.
*Nevada’s Democrat Attorney General Aaron Ford, who in his youth was arrested multiple times for stealing tires (you can’t make this stuff up), is now embroiled in a scandal after the media reported his former law firm was paid upwards of $65 million in legal fees from his own Attorney General’s office.
It’s not just offices they steal it’s cash too. But we knew that because of the corrupt Biden crime family.
Republicans pull this crap too but the Democrats have honed it into a science superior to that of even physics. In fact I hear Harvard and it’s corrupt state is going to offer degrees in kickbacks and government fraud. They are hoping that if they give hunter and Joe doctorate degrees they will come and teach there. They’ll fit right in.
Nothing new. In Gainesville, FL, the city tried to name the new bus plaza for disgraced Representative Corrine Brown, who was found guilty of stealing from a charity she sponsored.
Then again, democrats when they were in charge created a voting district that runs from Jacksonville down to near Orlando, in several places being about 1 block wide, and jinking around large collections of historical white family farms and houses.

Trump is the GOP Messiah. He MUST be defended, even if/when he backtracks on abortion and allows babies to be murdered if they are less that 4 months old.
Must I remind you once again that we in the GOP have only one Messiah the Lord Jesus Christ? We are not like you atheists and heathens we do not elevate our political leaders to god-like status. We allow God to fill our hearts with the love and therefore we have no gaping holes that we need to fill with ass wipe politicians. We do however recognize people like Trump to be one of the leaders of our party and we don’t appreciate criminals who hate democracy and who hate America trying to erase our Republic by single handedly removing our choices from the ballot. And we do gather around our politicians in a completely appropriate political way to get them elected. Unlike you lefties who seem to worship and kiss the feet of all your leaders we don’t do that. You elect your politicians god we elect ours president. That’s why you can never admit when you are political leaders screw up or are wrong. Your gods can’t be wrong.

The Constitution outlines the qualifications to be US President. Must be 35 or older. Must be a natural born citizen. Must have lived in US for 14 yrs or more. Can only serve two terms. Must not have been involved in rebellion or insurrection against the US.
