Interesting-don’t know if this is true or not, but according to the just filed Judicial Watch lawsuit, the officer who killed Ashli Babbit had his police powers revoked for a prior off-duty shooting in which stray bullets from LT. Byrd’s firearm struck the sides of homes nearby. Investigation found the use of force not justified.

Byrd, who was not in uniform, did not identify himself as a police officer or otherwise make his presence known to Ashli. Lt.
