    Last November the voters of Ohio passed an Amendment that ensures access to abortion and other forms of reproductive health care. As in Missouri on healthcare, the gerrymandered and reactionary legislature of Ohio will attempt to bypass the voters and ban abortion.

    As described in Pepper’s 2021 book, “Laboratories of Autocracy” the Ohio legislature is the most corrupt of all the states. He begins by describing a monstrous traffic jam on election day 2020, during the pandemic:

    The traffic jam was composed mostly of cars lining up to drop off ballots at the sole voter drop box location in a county of more than 800,000 people.

    For those who use public transportation, some would ride multiple buses almost 90 minutes, each way, to get themselves to that drop box in Norwood.

    The GOP Secretary of State LaRose only allowed one drop box per county saying he had no authority to add more. The courts disagreed and said he could add as many as he wanted, but he refused.

    In a battleground state where the uber popular Trump only won with 53% of the vote, Ohio Republicans have gerrymandered themselves to a 26-7 majority in the Senate and 67-32 majority in the House!

    The Republicans rig the elections in every state they dominate just as they do in Ohio.
