Yeah, these would be the same ones who were released by Soros style DA Alvin Bragg

Several migrants accused in beating of New York City police officers arrested in Phoenix
Several of the illegal immigrants suspected of beating New York City police officers were arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, Fox News confirmed Monday night.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement sources told Fox News that the migrants allegedly involved in the mob beating of NYPD officers were arrested Monday evening by ICE and Homeland Security Investigations at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix.
The identities of the suspects arrested have not been released. There are also no further details on which migrants seen beating the officers were arrested on Monday.
But, now what? If they are shipped back to NYC Bragg will probably just let them go again. Would the State of NY take over and hold them? They fled across state borders, could Los Federales hold and prosecute them? NY governor Kathy Hochul was displeased with how Bragg released them, even noting that the crime was one that is deportable. Would she hold them and force prosecution?

Migrants allegedly snatched phones from 62 women in NYC crime spree: Police
A group of migrants were arrested in the Bronx overnight Monday for a citywide crime spree that included stealing women’s phones off the street, police said.
The New York Police Department executed a search warrant at the suspected safe house and made the arrests.
The seven suspects are expected to be charged with multiple robberies and grand larcenies, and more individuals are being currently sought.
The suspects are all believed to be from Venezuela, authorities said.
The men were linked to a pattern of at least 62 incidents of women having their pocketbooks and phones snatched, police said.
Will Bragg hold them, since they are certainly a flight risk?
The Eighth Amendment:
The alleged malefactors left the state, but they had not missed a court date, so it may be that the flight risk threshold for denying bail may not have been met.
There is a simple solution, of course: put them on trial immediately, but the public defenders would doubtlessly file for continuances, claiming that they needed more time to prepare a defense.
Or, don’t try them at all. Just send them right to hell back where they came from.
There are plenty of obvious solutions that come to mind. Many of which were successfully used in the past. But the real problem is that we have too many elected officials who are heavily invested in creating the problem. Solutions are not on their agenda.
Here is my list:
1. Congress establish asylum rules to include the conditions and locations where asylum applies. Then anyone claiming asylum who does not meet those conditions get auto-deported. No hearing required. Local CBP officials carry out the determinations. Locations limited to Mexico and Canada. Conditions limited to wars and natural disasters where loss of life is extraordinary.
2. Anyone found inside the USA unlawfully will be deported and have a lifetime ban on their re-entry. Second offense gets a tattoo on the forehead. Third offense gets euthanized.
3. Congress establish rules that “visitors” and migrants never become citizens, nor shall their children.
4. Asylum seekers are granted temporary status and are returned to their homes once the crisis passes.
5. Foreign citizens do not count for purposes of apportionment of representatives in Congress.
6. Foreign citizens who commit a violent felony inside the USA and are found guilty are punished by death.
7. End all foreign aid. I don’t care what a small percentage of the overall budget it is. All those other countries need to stand on their own feet.
8. Relocate the UN to Haiti and turn their NYC building into a homeless shelter with a free clinic.
When you remove the incentives, the problem solves itself.
6 does not go far enough.
Being in the country illegally becomes an aggravating factor in any crime making the accused eligible for the death penalty, meaning that committing a crime — any crime, from murder down to purse snatching — will get you hanged and then trebucheted back over the border by the rope afterward. You run over a dog belonging to an American while you’re in the country illegally and it will cost you your life.
