Ukrainian losses are estimated by some sources at over a million men killed. Another million and a half wounded. The cost in blood is enormous. Any moral person must question the wisdom of the “but Putin = Hitler” argument at this cost. Whole villages in Ukraine have been depopulated of their men. Ukraine has been resorting to impress gangs for over a year to fill their ranks. Front line units are thinly manned with many positions filled by boys and old men.
