Biden Expected To Spend At Least $180 Million On Gaza Pier To Help Out Hamas

Imagine what $180 million could be used for to help Americans. To secure the border. To deport all the Islamists imported by the federal government who hate the U.S. just like Hamas and their Palestinian backers do

Cost of US effort to build humanitarian aid pier off Gaza expected to top $180M

President Joe Biden’s plan to build a humanitarian pier floating off the coast of Gaza that could enable delivery of food, water and medicine into the devastated region is expect to cost at least $180 million and could top $200 million, ABC News has learned.

The price tag was described by two people familiar with the initial estimate, which has not been released by U.S. Central Command.

The tally is expected to fluctuate as U.S. officials scramble to finalize key details on the project, including which humanitarian relief organizations and foreign governments are willing to help carry the shipments to shore and distribute them to ease the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza.

Officials also continue to discuss how to protect service members who will be operating three miles offshore of Gaza, where Hamas is believed to still operate.

So, let me get this straight: we’re paying a boatload to build a pier to deliver food and aid to people who may well attack US military members? In what world does that make sense?

The project — which triggered the deployment of six Army and Navy ships and will involve some 1,000 U.S. military troops — is on track to become operational in early May, enabling the delivery of some 2 million meals a day.

This would all be unnecessary if Hamas hadn’t attacked Israeli/Jewish civilians, breaking the ceasefire. Since that did happen, if they would simply release the hostages, lay down their arms, and surrender it could make it easy to deliver aid to people who…..hate the United States.

Biden Says He’s Watching Netanyahu After Their ‘Blunt’ Talk

President Joe Biden said he delivered a “blunt and straightforward” message to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on improving civilian conditions in Gaza.

“We’ll see what he does in terms of meeting the commitments he made to me,” Biden said Wednesday during a White House news conference with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.

Biden has spent more time criticizing Netanyahu and Israel than Hamas, a US State Department designated terrorist organization, and all the Gaza residents who support them. Or Iran, which backs Hamas.

Doesn’t providing ‘humanitarian’ aid to the Arabs in Gaza simply prolong the war?

Hamas cannot win militarily, so ‘humanitarian’ aid simply postpones their eventual defeat. The longer their defeat is postponed, the more Arabs will die. In the long run, ‘humanitarian’ aid will be harmful.

Starfish beach story, read with an NPR voice.

When you are using other people’s money, charity is cheap.

Regarding Hamas victory. It depends on what victory looks like. They cannot drive Israel into the sea or reconquer the “occupied territories”. But they can hold onto power and skim millions from international donations so that their leaders can live like royalty. Oppression, blamed on the Jews, keeps their own followers in line. The occasional uprising helps cull the herd of followers to manageable levels in numbers and enthusiasm.

It’s all about the money. It always has been.

Any solution should start with zero USA money going to that area of the world, other than trade. That includes payments to the UN that then get funneled through UNWRA to Hamas. If we stop subsidizing them, Hamas and their people will arrive and different solutions. Gaza is not our problem. We don’t owe them a new Pier, humanitarian assistance (food and fuel that Hamas will seize and use for military purposes), or our support on UN resolutions.

Once again, if your cause is just, it doesn’t matter if it is futile. But maybe you should get smarter leaders who can create a plan with a chance of success. Such new plans might include something radical like renouncing their policy of “death to Israel”. The Gazans would be well-served with new leaders. The USA though is too busy trying to overthrow Putin so Hamas will just have to stay in charge of Gaza.

Mr Dana makes a good point that starving all the children, women and men in Rafah to death is a smart strategic move. Israel should also enforce a “news” blackout so the world is not assaulted by pictures of dying and dead kids. Feeding these baby jihadists is only prolonging their suffering. Mr Netanyahu would do the remaining Gazans and the world a favor by just nuking Rafah (also killing media and other “do-gooders”).

And spending $0.18 BILLION of taxpayer money to feed Muslims is an affront!! That money would be better spent added to the many BILLIONS we give Israel every year!! We’ve only committed $5 BILLION alone to the Israeli missile defense system.

Once they vaporize the 1.4 million Muslims in Rafah there are only some 450 million more Arabs to eliminate. We have to start somewhere! About 90% of Arabs are Muslims, the rest being Christian, Druze and Bahai.

There are 3 or 4 million Arabs in the United States and most are Muslims. President Trump will make certain to revoke any citizenship and deport them.
