The Speaker of the United States of America House of Representatives, second in line to the Presidency of the United States of America, took the day off yesterday to travel to New York City to campaign for the Republicun Presidential candidate (who sells adulterated Christian Bibles on the side!).

The Speaker, along with United States of America Senators and Representatives, oddly dressed identically, all spewed the same rehearsed lines given them by their candidate, even attacking the daughter of Judge Merchan, a Colombian. The candidate is under a gag order protecting the jury members, the prosecutors and certain court officers. The gag order DOES NOT apply to the candidate’s toadies (mostly those in the VP sweepstakes)*.

The candidate, Donald J Trump, is on trial for paying $130,000 to a sex worker to keep her quiet about having sex with Trump back in 2006, while his wife was home with their infant son. In Mr Trump’s defense, Mrs Trump was likely occupied with her own health and caring for their son to give Mr Trump the “attentions” he needed. Mr Trump posted false entries in his business records to hide the nature of the payments to his lawyer. Since the payoffs occurred just before the 2016 election it is alleged he took these actions to sway the election. He also arranged $150,000 payments to a Playboy model with whom he had a long term sexual affair. Also just before the 2016 election.

This is the man the devout evangelical Christian Speaker of the House is supporting. Of course, the quid pro quo is that Mr Trump squelched Marjorie Tater Greene’s move to oust the Speaker.

Mr Speaker has gone all in for the martinet’s protections!

Maybe Karen (aka Rimjob), being another leftist legal beagle, could explain exactly what “crime” President Trump supposedly committed besides running for re-election.

So Karen (aka Rimjob) admits she cannot name one “crime” committed by President Trump. https://www.thepiratescove.us/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_scratch.gif

        Mr Puppies,
The Left is still punishing Trump for running in 2016 and winning. The timing of all these suits this year are obviously coordinated to sway the election. Five court cases, all without merit, all without due process, all in districts with a tainted anti-Trump jury pool, all with judges who are known for their political loyalty to the Democratic party. Any guilty verdicts will inevitably be overturned and the prosecutors know that. But by then, the damage will be done. At least Trump can afford the fiscal drain of non-stop defending himself. None of us could. That is another part of the punishment. Impoverishment through defending yourself. Note: this is the same thing that forced Sarah Palin to step down an governor. A democratic party activist with deep pockets filed multiple lawsuits against her as her punishment for running for VP. She couldn’t afford to defend herself. Resigning was the only way to stop it. So, in effect, in Alaska, a single person with enough money and legal resources could veto the majority of voters in selecting their govenor in a fair election.

It is absurd to believe Trump can get a fair trial in any district. His supporters will obviously say he is not guilty and Democrats and never Trumpers will say he is so guilty of something that any prosecution against him doesn’t even need a trial. Once you exclude all the the politically appointed judges (only those appointed by one of the two major parties) and exclude all of the jurisdictions where anti-Trump people and pro-Trump people reside, you are left with juries selected from people who have been in comas for the past 15 years, and judges who were appointed to replace judges that they killed in single combat. This alone is reason for establishing the principle of universal presidential immunity. No president can get a fair trial, anywhere in the USA. That is why it is important to not elect men or women who might be criminals or who have a decades long career of criminal behavior like bribery and corruption in public office.

It is much more important for “Democracy” that we treat our former presidents with dignity. The alternative is how dictators are formed. No person in power will give up that power if he believed he and his family will be killed or imprisoned soon after. That is why banana republics all have “President for Life”.

Side note: I suspect the term “Trumped up charges” will hence force be seen by future generations as emanating from current events, and not a term from the 18th century.
