At least 35 Palestinians were killed Sunday in an Israeli strike on a tent encampment, Gaza health officials said, that the Israeli military claims targeted two senior Hamas officials.
The strike targeted a humanitarian zone in Rafah which the Israeli military previously instructed displaced Palestinians to shelter from attacks, the Gaza Health Ministry said. The ministry said most of the 35 dead were women and children, and that the death toll is likely to rise as “countless” are trapped in rubble.
The attack comes just days after the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ordered Israel to stop its operations in Rafah, the last remaining major settlement in Gaza that has not been invaded by the Israeli military.

We had high winds, 1″ hail, deluge and small tornadoes last night. We forwarded the storms to the middle of KY so that Mr Dana could also enjoy them. Unfortunately, at least 2 were killed in KY and the Gov declared a state of emergency.

The theory is that atmospheric CO2 interferes with infrared radiation (IR) on its way to deep space. That is certainly true. Corollaries are that increasing CO2 is coming from burning fossil fuels. Also true. One would predict IR to be decreased in the stratosphere, true. One would predict the stratosphere to be cooling, true.
The theory is falsifiable, but has yet to be falsified.
The prediction is that as atmospheric CO2 increases, so does the temperature global surface temperature. So far, true.

To the science deniers… what would falsify the theory?
The argument is not over climate change. The Climate has been changing since Day 1.
There are several requirements for a theory to be a Scientific Theory. One of them is that the data must be collected in a way that follows the Scientific Method. The use of ground based temperature measuring devices invalidated that and falsify the theory. Another is that the results must be predictable. Melting ice caps, flooded states, etc. and et al have been predicted over and over and never have they been proven right.
Another point of interest is that CO2 quantity is a lagging result. CO2 increases lags temperature increases. This has been proven in ice core samples of very old ice/snow.
So what we have here is a small t theory that the political class wants to use to control us.
And there is no real effort being made to mitigate any of the forecasted disasters. Why? If the predicted results are accurate, why don’t we see massive efforts to increase vegetation, produce electricity via dams, build nuclear plants, etc. etc.
Sorry, J-IPCC AR6 WG1 Table 12.12 (science side, not the political side) says none of the following show any significant change.
