During the current and last NYC DAs terms over 500 people were prosecuted and convicted of the same crime of falsifying business records. It is one of the most common white collar crimes prosecuted in NY.
Hunter Biden, back when he was a drug addict, violated federal gun laws in 2018 when he purchased a Colt Cobra .38 pistol and has been charged by the Biden administration.

Many white collar crimes are prosecuted based on felons like Trump falsifying business documents to hide other crimes. Mr Trump made the mistake of making his fortune harming people in New York. He owes some $90 million to E. Jean Carroll and $450 million to others he bilked.
As an aside, Jared Kushner’s dad, Charles, was sentence to two years for paperwork fraud, illegal campaign contributions and witness tampering. Then-president Trump pardoned Charles.

during the elected terms of the current and last DAs in NYC over 500 white collar criminals were prosecuted for swearing to falsified business records. In NYC this is one of the more common white collar crimes that are prosecuted. Not many who are convicted get jail terms unless they plead not guilty and demand a trial, refuse to show remorse at sentencing, or it is part of a larger RICO type prosecution.

I predict that Biden will be convicted, even by a jury from liberal Delaware. Fewer than 1000 Americans per year are investigated for these crimes, fewer yet charged, usually connected to violent offense. In any event, Judge Noreika can sentence Biden to up to 25 years in prison.

I suspect he is old, retired and in pain (Mild pain that comes from age). He looks back on a lifetime of regrets and wasted opportunities and resents everyone who is happy and content with life.
